We came here for dinner with our 10+ Person family and the second we stepped in we were greeted and servedChips and a lovely bean dip. Not only was the waitress kind my four-year-old cousin but she was kind To every person at our table. I asked for a different drink twice and within a matter of 15 seconds she was out with a new one every single time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if I can give it a 10 I would

Stopped in on a Friday- before the dinner rush. Service was very slow, no drink refills, food was marginal at best. Ranks at the bottom of the many Mexican restaurants in which I’ve dined over the years. I will avoid this place in the future.

Very clean restaurant with plenary of seating. The service is always fast. Food is fresh. Staff is very friendly. Literally takes longer to drive thru somewhere than it takes to get a meal from here. The portions are generous. When we’ve made special requests they are always very accommodating. The little ones love queso however they don’t like spicy foods. Las Tunas always makes sure that that the children have exactly what they want.

Location is fairly convenient. Perhaps the day we visited was an oddity. We were not impressed. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Drink order was wrong. One meal was piping hot; the other was barely warm. Had to ask for napkins, a set of silverware, & a plate. Water glasses were never refilled.The pièce de résistance was the - ahem - unmentionable insect that crawled by as we were getting up to leave.I know restaurants will have all sorts of 'undesirable' critters, but the entire experience was poor.-2 / 10 - never going back

They were very bad with their service. I asked to be seated so they passed over me and gave seats to others because I was by myself and didn't want to sit at a table near the door.I did NOT make a scene.

Traveling Chef here! First if all the Gauc is amazing. Love the cilantro ratio! Second... I ordered the special that day. It was a 14 dollar fajita to go. It got 3 tortillas. 3 forks. But I got maybe half enough stuff for 1. It looks like they picked mine off of other plates. Some are barely cooked some are more cooked. They told me 5 minutes so I got there in 5 minutes. It wasn't done. I think they forgot and picked together something... Sincerely, hungrychef. I just left my hotel to go get chick-fil-a. Sad day I love tasting other chefs work. Too bad... maybe next time but probably not. Very poor experience.

Visited this Restaurant on 2/9/2020. Me and my wife had lunch there and at first we were the only customers there. Service was prompt, Food good and more authentic then many Mexican restaurants. Prices were low for quality and quantity of meal provided. The place has a real atmosphere. Seemed more like being in a Spanish home then a typical Mexican restaurant. This is the third Mexican restaurant I have visited between York Town and Gloucester This one wins the prize as best so far.
